Clear plans, steady progress, a confident handover
Accelerators and larger projects follow the same four steps, with your team involved from the first week.
What happens, and what you get back
An accelerator takes about four weeks. Larger projects run in phases.
Step 1: Scoping call
You tell us what you want to improve and what you run today. We ask about your sources, reports, users and deadlines, and say on the call whether an accelerator fits or the work needs a project.
DeliverableA recommendation on the call
Step 2: Proposal
We send one short document: the outcome, what is in scope, what success looks like, the plan by week and what we need from you.

Step 3: Build
We work in your environment from day one. Every week ends with a short review of what is running, what changed and what we need from you next. Your team works alongside ours, so they are ready to own it.

Step 4: Handover & Run
We walk through the results with the people who will own them. Your team gets the runbook, documentation and training, and our Run service can keep it monitored afterwards.

How we work with you
These apply to every accelerator, project and managed service.
- We agree what success looks like before work starts.
- We build on your data from the first week.
- Your team works alongside ours and is ready to take over.
- The work is finished when it works for your team.
Three ways to start
